Together or Apart - Terms and Conditions & Cancellation
Welcome to Together or Apart. We’re passionate about working with individuals and couples who have reached a point where they are unsure about whether to stay together or to separate. We help people have honest, difficult conversations and transform the way they make decisions in a considered, understanding and constructive way and are delighted you see the benefits of working with us to help you avoid the emotional and financial turmoil that comes with ending a relationship.
If you have to cancel, let us know as soon as possible either by telephone or email: cancellation charges are dependent on how far we know in advance of the course.
Booking
We require full payment for any of the block booking packages no later than 1 weeks before the start date of your first block booking appointment.
Cancellations and Postponement
You must cancel a booking no later than 2 weeks before the date of your first session, for which you have been booked to qualify for a refund.
If you cancel with less than 2 weeks’ notice, your payment will not be refunded.
You can request to postpone your attendance of a session, however if you make this request with less than 2 weeks’ notice your payment will not be refunded, postponement is subject to availability and there will be an admin fee of £20.
Deferring from sessions
A deferral is when a participant is unable to complete a session or sessions they have already started, yet, due unforeseen circumstances, need to pause their sessions and wish continue at a later date. Deferrals need to be requested by participant ASAP; a maximum of one week after missing a session, by emailing help@togetherorapart.co.uk with a reason given. Deferrals to other dates and times are dependent on availability.
If we have to cancel
In the very unlikely event that we have to cancel your booking, your fee will be refunded in full. Every endeavour will be made to inform you of this at the earliest possible opportunity.
In the event that we have to cancel a session or sessions, every effort will be made to either book another session or reschedule that session or remaining sessions or a refund of the remaining sessions will be paid on a pro rota basis. For example, if booked on a 3-session block booking and the last two sessions need to be cancelled, two thirds of the total booking cost will be refunded or rescheduled.
We use, store and process information about you in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using our website, you consent to our use, storage, and processing of your information in accordance with that statement.
We reserve the right to make change to this Privacy Policy.
